I recently decided to take the jump into vector illustration after years of working with watercolor, markers, Photoshop and Procreate.
I got into Affinity designer for iPad and tried my hand at geometric designs before I move to bigger more complex things.
When i created this pattern in Affinity designer I used yellow and brown palette, but then I wanted to make my pattern a bit bigger to go on Society6 products and add some metallic accents so I saved the original as an SVG file, opened it in Photoshop in a much bigger size and before getting to adding the metallic accents I was planning to add, I ended up changing the color palette a bit because I am a sucker for turquoise/mint and i could not resist playing with those colors again.
